There are so many other brokerages out there, what sets our team apart from the rest?  We have a set of general rules we follow to ensure the smoothest possible lease, purchase or sale.

 

#1 - It's not about the agent, it's about you, the client.  

Oftentimes when we buy or sell a property we meet an agent's ego before meeting the agent.  We feel egocentric agents give the rest of us a bad name.  We are not about ego at Texas Equity, we are about you and your wishes.  Far too often are egocentric agents hijacking deals that otherwise would be perfectly peaceful and smooth without abrasive attitudes.  Even when negotiating, agent ego's can completely ruin what otherwise was a good deal between the Buyer and the Seller.  When you meet a Texas Equity agent, you are meeting someone who works for YOU, not for their ego.

#2 - Complete "Full-time" service

Many agents are simply salespeople with a real estate license, they get a deal going and then float it over to an assistant who works on the meat and potatoes of the transaction.  We are agents who actually work with all members of the transaction personally, we don't outsource our jobs to assistants.  When you hire one of our agents, you are hiring them full-time.  We work "in the trenches" with the title company, the inspector, the lender, the appraiser, the surveyor, the HOA, the contractor, the tenants and of course, the other agents. 

 #3 - Proving value to our clients everyday, our "Concierge" attitude.

If you can't take off work to bring over an earnest money check or drop off a lease application, we will come to you and pick it up.  If you can't be at an inspection, we go for you (we also crawl up in the attic and go on the roof!).  With most agents, after you sign a contract you may never see or hear from your them until the day of closing - when they get their check!  With a Texas Equity agent, we prove our value everyday by working directly with everyone involved so that you are better informed to make the critical decisions about your investment.
