 E-Loan - the only online lender that I will personally vouch for, did a terrific job in a very short amount of time. Online lenders aren't for everyone, 1st time home buyers or 1st time investors you should use a regular mortgage broker with an office. E-loan is a bulk lending machine, they can't really be there for emergencies. Seasoned investors familiar with home loans and have 10% or 20% to put down, totally OK. |
