For Rental properties we handle all issues with the management company and the tenants, you don't have to do a thing except let your manager know ahead of time that we will be listing the property.  We will keep the impact of agent traffic on your tenant's low so as to not upset them, but some folks have to get inside, so please if you can let your tenant's know ahead of time that you will be selling the property.

For single family homes and condos, we will hold open houses and put flyers out as often as we can. We will come by to run the water and check on the condition of the property if it is vacant.  We can schedule any maintenance that is required as well.  Just hand us the keys and we will take care of everything!
